SHIPPING POLICY

 

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your order after payment is cleared. Once payment is cleared, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with your order number and tracking number . All orders placed after 8pm EST are considered placed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

In most cases we will ship your items sooner. To ensure you receive your items for a desired day/event, we ask that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit  for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays that fall on a business day do not count as a business day. If you need additional information please contact us

RETURN POLICY

 

We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product, we currently are not accepting returns. All sales are final. In the circumstance we have made a mistake regarding your order, we will gladly exchange the item. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

 

Prior to using your new hair extensions, please inspect them thoroughly to ensure you have received the right item (i.e. correct length, color, texture desired). While doing so, please refrain from cutting the zip ties or opening the bundles. Again, the only exception is an incorrect order. **Please note that the photos of our hair are in their raw state and have not been altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair  is washed, it will differ from the photos online. If you have any questions regarding textures, feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.  

 

If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution . If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

REFUND POLICY

 

When requesting a refund, the customer will ONLY be refunded the price of the product. ALL shipping and additional fees (taxes, handling, etc) are excluded.
